While our weekly studio schedule changes often,  our popular beach yoga will return on June 1st.

If you are new to yoga or to our community, we’d love for you to schedule a yoga exploration call so that we can get to know you, answer questions and make recommendations for starting your practice.  Send us an email HERE

 

If you are unable to attend, please cancel within three hours to avoid a $15 no show fee.

There is ample free parking on the street, behind the bulding or in the lot across the street.  Please remove your shoes at the front door before heading upstairs to the yoga studio.

Classes Descriptions:

Vinyasa Yoga

Explore a deeper version of yourself in this all-levels heat-building sixty. minute class, where breath and movement are synchronized to the rhythm and beats of awesome playlists.  At least six months yoga or fitness experience recommended. 

 

Yin & Yang Embodiment Yoga

Slow down to connect to the subtle energy body and journey inward.  This class provides the space to honor and nurture your inner and outer world through passive holds that unwind through active movement and breathwork.  Crafted to guide you to return to your natural state and unravel from life’s challenges.  open to all levels.
